1、鼓内结构设计有刮板、鼓桩及刮板鼓桩相结合三种形式，可供用户不同需要任意选择。
2、鼓体制动采用气动刹车装置，可准确的实现定位停车。
3、该机备有三角胶带传动、链传动和齿轮传动三种传动形式供用户选择。
4、鼓体转动控制可进行手动/自动选择。实现正反方向点动、连续或间歇运转。总时间正反转及间歇时间可分别设定。
5、鼓门采用横向推拉式结构，操作轻便灵活，密封可靠。
6、鼓体内外均用耐腐蚀不锈钢制成，中间加保温层，具有良好的防腐和保温性能。鼓内光滑不划伤皮革同时易于清洁。
7、由于鼓体外设计有加料筒与鼓内相通，在运行情况下可以很方便测量鼓内温度及PH值。
1、Inside the drum, there are three types,such as scraping board, drum pole and a devise combined with the board and the pole.Customers can choose any type according to one’s own requirements.
2、The operation of drum body is controlled by the air brake device,which can make the drum stop precisely at the fixed position.
3、The revolving of drum can be performed through three transmissions that is:V-belt,chain and gear transmissions. Customers can choose any kinds of transmissions.
4、The revolving of the drum can be performed either by hand or automatically.The revolving can be performed at clockwise or on the contrary. It can also be performed continuously and at regular intervals. It can be set up separately for the whole time or part time operations.
5、The horizontal sliding door is easy to open and close. The sealing is reliable.
6、The inside and outside surfaces of the drum boby is made of corrosion-resisting stainless steel. Between the steel plates is thermal insulating layer, which has very good effects for anticorrosion and heat preservation. Owing to the smooth surface inside the drum,it has no damage to skins and can be easily cleaned.
7、There is a material-fed pail which connects the inside with outside of the drum body. Even during the operation it is very easy to measure the temperature and PH value inside the drum.
