一、结构原理：
鼓体主要材料选用AISI316L、AISI321不锈钢制造，材料自身具有较高清洁性和较强的抗蚀性。其结构由内外鼓体紧密相连、同时正、反转动，时间任意可控；速度变频可调。鼓内以Y形结构分为三个腔室，并各自具有独立的全自动鼓门。其鼓腔室的隔板和内鼓板面上，均分布有穿孔，液体经穿孔流动，并在导水板的作用力下，经管道和中空轴快速流向加料箱内。这时可对液体做各种参数测试，随后液体迅速流回鼓内，可依此频繁循环。主电机、减速机及控制元件采用国际名牌，以确保性能稳定和控制精度。
1. Structure:
The drum is made of AISI316L, AISI321 stainless steel which have characters of cleanness and anti-corrosion. The basic structure consists of two drums firmly connected with one another. They both rotate, time and speed of rotation could be controlled. Inner drum is divided into 3 compartments each with an automatic door. The entire width of the inner drum is perforated. Intensive recycle movement of the liquor is achieved by built-in liquor-leading boards. Via a hollow axle and channel, the liquor reaches feed tank where all parameters could be measured, then it flows rapidly back to the inner drum. The main motor, reducer and control elements are world famous brands to ensure stable performance and accuracy control.
二、使用特点：
1、皮革染色批与批、鼓与鼓、张与张可达均匀一致；杜绝色差、色花及皮革沾污、缠绕、撕损等现象（人为因素除外）。
2、可自动精确控制鼓内液体温度。
3、具有独特的换气—喷射—交叉流动循环系统。鼓内液体不仅随鼓体旋转流动，还可横向流动，并从一个鼓腔室经穿孔流向另一个鼓腔室。水与化料快速混合，皮革将化料快速吸收，同时浸泡时间可缩短50%；液比1：1.2即可满足工艺，用水量可节约高达50%；化料可节约高达20%。
4、搅拌器、化料箱与水管、鼓体直接相连，在加水、加化料时无需停止转鼓运转。
5、自动换气装置、排液装置以及3个独立的全自动滑动鼓门，密闭性极好，无渗漏，确保工作环境清洁无污染。
6、装载量大；占空间小；节能增效；利于环保；操作简便；安全可靠。
2. Characters:
1) Ensure dyeing conformance of every piece of any drum or patch and without any dyeing defects, spots, twine or tear (except artificial factors).
2) The temperature of the liquor inside drum could be controlled automatically and accurately.
3) Special air exchange-jet-cross System. The flow of the liquor is not only in rotating direction but also in transverse direction from one inner compartment to another. The chemical and water blend rapidly and diffuse more quickly into hides, so the bath duration could be reduced up to 50%;only 1:1.2 liquid percentage will meet the technological requirements with reduction of water and chemical up to 50% and 20% separately.
4) Blender and chemical tank connect directly with the pipes and drum body, so the drum do not need to be paused when feeding water and chemicals.
5) Auto air-exchange, drainage and three auto sliding doors are all strictly sealed which ensure the clearing of the working environment.
